CALBUX G15® - Quicklime
is a 5-15mm pure kibbled Quicklime from Buxton Lime.
Quicklime is made by the calcination of specially selected pure Carboniferous Derbyshire Limestone.
Classified as a CL 90-Q – EN459-1 2010. Quicklime is used as the primary lime binder to be mixed with specially selected sand and aggregate to make hot mixed Lime Mortar for new-build and historic conservation works.
Suitable for conservation applications for laying and pointing: brick, stone, and other porous masonry.
